The video was recorded in February 2015, when a sandstorm hit Egypt preventing dozens of ships to cross the Suez Canal. A sandstorm is made up of accumulated dust transported from the far reaches of the Sahara desert in North Africa. It is worth mentioning that sandstorms are common in Egypt at this time of the year.
